Crockpot Sausage Hash Browns

Ingredients
- 1 pound ground breakfast sausage
- 1 (30-ounce) package frozen hash browns
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/2 cup chopped onion
- 1/2 cup chopped green bell pepper
- 1 (10.5-ounce) can condensed cream of mushroom soup
- 1/2 cup sour cream
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
Instructions
- Cook Sausage: In a skillet, cook the sausage over medium heat until browned and fully cooked, then drain excess fat.
- Mix Ingredients: In a large bowl, combine the hash browns, cooked sausage, cheddar cheese, onion, green bell pepper, cream of mushroom soup, sour cream, black pepper, and garlic powder.
- Prepare Crockpot: Lightly grease the inside of the slow cooker with cooking spray.
- Add to Crockpot: Pour the mixture into the prepared crockpot and spread it evenly.
- Cook: Cover and cook on low for 4 hours or until the hash browns are tender and the cheese is melted.
