Crockpot Asparagus Potato Soup

Ingredients
- 1 lb asparagus, trimmed and chopped
- 4 medium russet potatoes, peeled and diced

- 4 cups vegetable broth
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- 1/4 tsp thyme
- 2 tbsp olive oil
Instructions
