Ingredients
- 2 cans (15 oz each) black beans, drained and rinsed
- 1 can (15 oz) corn, drained
- 1 can (15 oz) diced tomatoes with green chilies
- 1 cup salsa
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 teaspoon cumin
- 1 teaspoon chili powder
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 cup cooked rice
Instructions
- Prepare Ingredients: Combine black beans, corn, diced tomatoes, and salsa in a large bowl.
- Mix Seasonings: Add cumin, chili powder, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper to the bean mixture and stir well.
- Layer in Crockpot: Spread the bean mixture evenly in the bottom of the crockpot.
