Crockpot Artichoke and Spinach Casserole

Ingredients
- 1 (14 oz) can artichoke hearts, drained and chopped
- 10 oz fresh spinach, chopped
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 (8 oz) package cream cheese, softened
- 1/2 cup sour cream
- 1/4 cup mayonnaise
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
Instructions
- Prepare Ingredients: In a large bowl, mix together the artichoke hearts, spinach, mozzarella, and Parmesan cheese.
- Combine Creamy Base: In another bowl, blend the cream cheese, sour cream, mayonnaise, garlic, salt, and pepper until smooth.
- Mix Together: Add the creamy mixture to the artichoke and spinach mixture, stirring until well combined.
- Transfer to Crockpot: Lightly grease the inside of a crockpot and transfer the mixture into it.
- Cook: Set the crockpot to low and cook for 4 hours, stirring halfway through.
