Ingredients
- 3 lbs beef chuck roast, trimmed
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 chipotle peppers in adobo sauce, chopped
- 1 tablespoon ground cumin
- 1 tablespoon dried oregano
- 1/2 teaspoon ground cloves
- 1/4 cup apple cider vinegar
- 1/4 cup lime juice
- 1 cup beef broth
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Prepare the beef: Season the beef chuck roast with salt and pepper on all sides.
