Crockpot Black Bean Dip

Ingredients
- 2 (15 oz) cans black beans, drained and rinsed
- 1 cup salsa
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 cup sour cream
- 1 tablespoon lime juice
- 1 teaspoon ground cumin
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
- 1/2 teaspoon chili powder
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
Instructions
- Prepare Beans: Place the black beans in the slow cooker.
- Mix Ingredients: Add salsa, cheddar cheese, sour cream, lime juice, cumin, garlic powder, onion powder, chili powder, salt, and pepper.
- Stir Together: Mix all ingredients until well combined.
- Set Temperature: Cover and cook on low for 2 hours.
- Blend: Use an immersion blender to blend the dip until smooth.
- Serve: Serve warm with tortilla chips or fresh vegetables.
Tips
- For extra flavor, add chopped fresh cilantro before serving.
- Use a blender if you don't have an immersion blender.
- Adjust the spice level by adding more chili powder or a dash of hot sauce.
