Ingredients
- 1 pound boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- 1 can (14.5 oz) diced tomatoes with green chilies
- 1 medium onion, chopped
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon ground cumin
- 1 teaspoon chili powder
- 4 cups chicken broth
- 1 can (15 oz) black beans, drained and rinsed
- 1 cup frozen corn
- 1 tablespoon lime juice
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Prepare Ingredients: Place chicken breasts in the bottom of the slow cooker.
- Add Vegetables and Spices: Add diced tomatoes, onion, garlic, cumin, and chili powder over the chicken.
