Crockpot Irish Nacho Dip

Ingredients
- 1 lb ground beef
- 1 medium onion, diced
- 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 cup sour cream
- 8 oz cream cheese, softened
- 1 cup diced tomatoes
- 1/2 cup sliced green onions
- 1/2 cup cooked and crumbled bacon
- 1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Brown the Beef: In a skillet over medium heat, cook the ground beef and onion until the beef is browned and the onion is soft. Drain excess fat.
- Combine Ingredients: In the slow cooker, combine the cooked beef and onion with cheddar cheese, sour cream, cream cheese, diced tomatoes, green onions, bacon, Worcestershire sauce, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
- Mix Well: Stir all ingredients together until well combined and the cheese is evenly distributed.
- Cook: Set the slow cooker to low and cook for 2 hours, stirring occasionally until the cheese is melted and the dip is hot and bubbly.
- Adjust Seasoning: Taste and adjust seasoning with additional salt and pepper if needed.
