Crockpot Lamb and Pea Soup

Ingredients
- 1 1/2 pounds lamb shoulder, cut into cubes
- 1 cup dried split peas, rinsed
- 4 cups chicken broth
- 1 large onion, chopped
- 2 carrots, sliced
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 teaspoons dried thyme
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 2 bay leaves
Instructions
- Prepare Ingredients: Place lamb, split peas, chicken broth, onion, carrots, and garlic in the slow cooker.
- Season: Add thyme, salt, pepper, and bay leaves to the slow cooker.
- Cook: Cover and cook on low for 8 hours or until lamb is tender.
