Crockpot Lazy Lasagna

Ingredients
- 1 pound ground beef
- 1 jar (24 oz) marinara sauce
- 1 cup ricotta cheese
- 2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 package (9 oz) no-boil lasagna noodles
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon dried Italian seasoning
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
Instructions
- Brown the Beef: In a skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat and brown the ground beef, seasoning with salt, pepper, and garlic powder.
- Layer Ingredients: Spread a thin layer of marinara sauce on the bottom of the crockpot, then layer noodles, ricotta, beef, mozzarella, and sauce.
- Repeat Layers: Continue layering until all ingredients are used, finishing with a layer of sauce and a topping of mozzarella and Parmesan.
- Cook: Set the crockpot to low and cook for 4 hours or until the noodles are tender.
- Rest: Turn off the crockpot and let the lasagna sit for 15 minutes before serving to set.
- Serve: Slice and serve hot, garnished with extra Parmesan if desired.
