Ingredients
- 1 pound asparagus, trimmed and cut into 1-inch pieces

- 1/2 cup sour cream

- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- 1 teaspoon lemon zest
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- 1/4 teaspoon red pepper flakes (optional)
Instructions
- Prepare the Asparagus: Blanch the asparagus in boiling water for 2-3 minutes, then transfer to an ice bath to cool.
