Crockpot Pulled Chicken

Ingredients
- 2 lbs boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- 1 cup barbecue sauce
- 1/2 cup chicken broth
- 2 tablespoons brown sugar
- 1 tablespoon apple cider vinegar
- 1 tablespoon smoked paprika
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
Instructions
- Prepare the chicken: Place the chicken breasts in the slow cooker.
- Mix the sauce: In a bowl, combine barbecue sauce, chicken broth, brown sugar, apple cider vinegar, smoked paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and black pepper.
- Add sauce to chicken: Pour the sauce mixture over the chicken breasts in the slow cooker.
- Cook: Cover and cook on low for 4 hours or until the chicken is fully cooked and tender.
- Shred the chicken: Remove the chicken from the slow cooker and shred it using two forks.
- Mix with sauce: Return the shredded chicken to the slow cooker and stir to coat with the sauce. Let it cook for an additional 10 minutes on low.
