Crockpot Spinach Artichoke Dip

Ingredients

- 8 oz cream cheese, softened
- 1 cup sour cream
- 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
Instructions
